How long does therapy take?
Therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients notice positive changes in just a few sessions, while others choose to continue longer for ongoing support and personal growth. The length of therapy depends on your goals, what you’re working through, and how often we meet. Progress is reviewed regularly to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.
How much does therapy cost and how long are sessions?
Individual therapy sessions are $120 per session and last 55 minutes. This will be reviewed during your free 15-minute consultation so you have a clear understanding before scheduling.

Am I the right fit for therapy?
You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or looking for greater balance and emotional well-being, counseling may be a helpful step. The free consultation is the best way to determine if this practice and approach are a good fit for you.
What if therapy feels awkward at first?
It’s completely normal to feel nervous or unsure, especially if this is your first experience with therapy. There’s no pressure to know what to say or where to start. Sessions move at your pace, and creating a comfortable, supportive environment is a priority. Most clients find the initial awkwardness fades quickly.
How often do sessions take place?
Many clients begin with weekly sessions to establish consistency and support. As progress is made, sessions may move to bi-weekly or as needed. Frequency is always tailored to your goals and comfort level.
